Cure Talent are excited to partner with a leading provider of assistive technology in their search for a Service & Repair Engineer. With decades of experience in the healthcare and mobility sector, this organisation delivers high-quality equipment and services to hospitals, care homes, schools, and private residences across the UK.
As the new Service & Repair Engineer, you will join the Operations Team, responsible for servicing and repairing specialist mobility equipment. You will ensure work is carried out to manufacturer and regulatory standards, while delivering excellent customer service across a wide range of environments.
Responsibilities
*
Service and repair specialist equipment including ceiling hoists, height-adjustable baths and basins, and changing couches
*
Carry out electrical fault finding using test meters and service instructions
*
Maintain van stock, perform weekly vehicle checks, and ensure safe driving practices
*
Record all work accurately using the ERP system
*
Provide emergency repair support and share best practices with colleagues
Key Requirements
*
Ability to follow service instructions and wiring diagrams
*
Electrical fault-finding skills with test meters
*
Experience with power tools and working safely at height
*
Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail
*
Full UK driving licence and Enhanced DBS check
