Field Service Engineer

We are looking to identify a Field Service Engineer to carry out 'in-warranty' repairs & servicing to our clients range of industry leading air-source and ground source heat pumps (domestic / residential). Our Client is a European leader in the heat pump sector with pedigree that goes back decades.
The area to be covered is London / South East.
• Carry out in warranty and out of warranty repair work
• Carry out chargeable servicing and repair work
• Diagnose system problems and advise accordingly
• Provide feedback from the field to the wider technical team in relation to any emerging issues or trends
• Complete electronic reports and all necessary paperwork in line with your duties with sufficient detail and within required timeframes
• Use the business systems in place to support activities of job role and enable accurate reporting
• Adhere to any health and safety policies when in the work environment
• Maintain your vehicle and stock in line with company requirements • Contribute as part of a wider technical and service team to achieve department objectives
We are looking for someone with strong diagnostic skills & expereince. F Gas Qualifications would be an advantage but not a neccessity. An excellent understanding of domestic heating systems with hot/cold water storage is a key requirement of the role.
A stocked van will be provided along with 25 days annual leave, company pension scheme, private pension scheme, mobile phone, tablet, fuel csrd, branded workwear / PPE and a full & comprehensive induction programme
