Job description\n\nRegional Field Manager – Central UK Region So being based in Milton Keynes/Luton areas is ideal\nSalary: £45000 per annum plus excellent benefits such as your birthday off\nFull Time - Permanent - Monday to Friday - Flexi-time between 7am and 7pm\n\nValenti Recruitment are working on behalf of our client to find an experienced and hands-on Regional Field Manager to oversee a dispersed team of technical engineers across the Central UK region,\n\nThis role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background 18th Edition qualified who thrives in the field, enjoys leading from the front, and has experience managing remote teams in a fast-paced service environment.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nThis is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job. You will be managing a team of 10 to 12 mobile engineers across the region, responsible for mentoring, training, supervising quality of work, and ensuring smooth scheduling and service delivery. You will also be expected to step in to cover work during periods of absence.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Manage and support a widely dispersed field team\n\n * Train, mentor, and supervise engineers to maintain high service and safety standards\n\n * Monitor quality of work and provide technical guidance in line with 18th Edition\n\n * Oversee scheduling to ensure effective coverage and minimal downtime\n\n * Support engineers in the field and provide hands-on cover when required\n\n * Act as the link between field teams and management, reporting on performance and challenges\n\nRequirements\n\n * 18th Edition electrical qualification essential\n\n * City and Guilds Level 1 and 2 in electrical installation or equivalent\n\n * Previous experience managing remote or mobile technical teams\n\n * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills\n\n * Ability to balance team development with performance management\n\n * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region\n\nWhat is on Offer\n\n * £42000 - £45000 salary\n\n * 23 days holiday plus Bank holidays\n\n * Your birthday off\n\n * Flexi-time Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm\n\n * Ongoing training and career development\n\n * Company pension scheme\n\nThe Region\n\nYou will be responsible for a defined area within the Central UK region, including:\n\n * Milton Keynes, Luton, Northampton, Leicester\n\n * Extending west toward Coventry and Worcester\n\n * Reaching as far north as Derby and as far south as Oxford\n\nThis is a central corridor across the Midlands, with occasional travel to support outlying team members.\n\nIf this is of interest please do get in touch\n\nJob Types: Full-time, Permanent\n\nPay: £45,000.00 per year\n\nBenefits:\n\n * Company car\n\n * Company events\n\n * Company pension\n\n * Free parking\n\n * On-site parking\n\n * Work from home\n\nSchedule:\n\n * Monday to Friday
