OverviewWe have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer based in Bathgate, for a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a large, growing and reputable manufacturer and supplier of construction equipment on a national and international scale.ResponsibilitiesCarry out maintenance and repair work on earthmoving equipment.Carry out servicing, inspection and repair of earthmoving machinery.Diagnostic work and fault finding.Develop relationships with customers.Participate in the early stages with the effective processing of warranty claims.Investigate specific customer problems on a project-by-project basis, providing technical reports.Escalate actions in relation to broken or damaged company equipment.RequirementsMechanical and electrical engineering experience.Heavy Plant or agriculture experience.NVQ Level 3 in a related industry.Full clean driving licence.Strong IT skills with the ability to run diagnostic repairs.What our Client offersCompetitive salaryPension schemePrivate healthcareTraining and developmentSalary and ContractSalary: £17.45 - £19.36 per hourJob Location: Field-based covering BathgateType of Contract: Permanent, Full timeHours: 40 hours a week #J-18808-Ljbffr
