Field Service Engineer Salary: £12.55 per hour. Based at: Mold Service Centre CH7 1JR Full UK Driving Licence required Full time, 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm We are currently looking for Field Service Engineers to join the team within our Mold Service Centre. As a healthcare equipment provider, we work in partnership with the NHS to supply the necessary equipment and aids to support people in their day-to-day life. Job purpose: To enable the Company to achieve the agreed contractual standard of service required by completing initial training in the workshop reconditioning wheelchair equipment to gain essential product knowledge. On completion of initial training this will enable you to work out in the field delivering, collecting, repairing, and servicing wheelchairs. The expectation is that once fully trained most jobs will be completed on a first-time fix basis. Key Responsibilities: Delivering and collecting wheelchairs to and from service users homes and NHS departments, always ensuring that the Company Infection Control Policy is followed. Servicing and repairing wheelchairs in the field with the aim of achieving a first time fix whenever possible.
