£48,000 rising to - £50,000 + O/T + Pens + Car Allowance + Bens – Up to £70k

My client is a global leading manufacturers of turnkey machinery solutions to a wide variety of fast moving manufacturing industries. They have sites worldwide with over 35 years of market experience. With a growing presence globally, the group has gone from strength to strength over the last decade to become centre of excellence within a variety of food and packaging machinery solutions to the manufacturing industry. Due to further expansion within the British market, they have the need to recruit an additional service engineer.
Key Skills
* Apprentice Trained Electrical Biased Multi Skilled Engineer
* PLC Knowledge, ideally with Automated Process Machinery
* Understanding of FMCG/Food Industry
The Role – Average earnings up to £70,000
The successful candidate will ideally be an electrical biased, multi-skilled engineer, who can install, commission and service a variety of manufacturing process machinery within a variety of Industries. PLC fault diagnostic knowledge is the key to the success of this role. This will be a service based role covering the clients across the UK & Europe, with some installations and commissioning, mainly utilising PLC systems. The ideal candidate will be from an electrical engineering background, within similar machinery within an automated manufacturing process, but will need to be aware that there needs to be flexibility in the role in terms of time spent travelling and sometimes away from home, as this is a field service engineering role. There is an excellent opportunity for further financial gains with overtime available for the engineers who desire, leading to greater earnings.
