As a Field Service Engineer, you ll play a key role in installing, maintaining, and supporting advanced manufacturing equipment at customer sites across the UK and Ireland.

Field Service Engineer Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test manufacturing equipment at customer sites.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve technical issues.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and training.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and logs.

Skills & Experience Required

• Hands-on experience with surface mount technology.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for electrical/mechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals, and IT literate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to travel extensively, comfortable with irregular hours and overnight stays.
