Field Servicing Engineer (UK) -ON THE ROAD4 DAYS A WEEK.Permanent: 36Hours per week over 4 days (week days only, no weekends).Salary: £24K+ Company Van + Daily Food Expenses + LaptopWe are a young and dynamic company that manufactures and sells innovative and unique hygiene solutions for food factories, hospitals and offices!We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to cover our customers throughout the UK. The role will involve being on the road4days a weekand staying in B&Bs/Hotels each night (paid for by the company).You will be expected to work 9 hours per day for 4 days totaling 36 hours per week. Therefore you will have a 3 day weekend each week.Due to the role covering the whole of the UK, it also required the candidate lives in the Midlands area.This role will involve approximately 90% installation/servicing of our products on customer sites and 10% demonstrations to customers on the product range. The successful candidate will also have the confidence and self-motivation to work independently and be willing to drive long distances each day and stay away from home all week.Experience is preferred but not essential and all confident and highly motivated individuals will be considered because in depth training will be provided.Summary of tasks include:Servicing of products at customer sites. This entails cleaning and basic maintenance work.Installation of the products on customer sitesFace to face product demonstrations to end customersManaging and encouraging repeat business through excellent customer serviceDevelop and maintain an up to date knowledge of the products in order to effectively up-sell the features, advantages and benefits to customers whilst on site where requiredExcellent customer service at all timesExperience/Qualifications: The successful applicant should have:Some Installation/DIY experience.Willing to travel long distances / stay away from home 3-4 nights a week.Experience of selling products is preferred but not essential.Individual should be confident when meeting new people.Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.Be confident and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.Be highly organised and be able to manage multiple activities.Able to work on their own initiative as well as collaboratively across teams and functions.To apply for this position, candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and hold a full, clean driving licence.JBRP1_UKTJ
