£38,000 + Company Van + iPhone + Uncapped Commission (OTE £70K+) Are you an experienced Hydraulic Engineer looking for a role where no two days are the same? Were recruiting Mobile Hydraulic Engineers to join a market-leading business, supporting clients across the UK with on-site hydraulic and hose repairs, maintenance, and servicing. The Role Travelling to customer sites to carry out hydraulic hose repairs and preventative maintenance.
Diagnosing faults and delivering effective on-the-spot solutions.
Building strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to up-sell additional products and services.
Managing your own workload while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Whats on Offer Basic salary of £30,000
£38,000 (depending on experience).
Realistic OTE of £70K+ through uncapped commission.
Fully equipped company van & iPhone.

About You Previous experience with hydraulics, hoses, or fluid power systems.
Mechanical aptitude with good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, customer-focused, and commercially minded.
Full UK driving licence is essential.
