The world in which we operate with our class-leading products, intelligent services and innovative digital solutions is constantly changing.Together, we keep everyday life moving to build a better tomorrow.The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, servicing and repairing Hiab and third part equipment, whilst providing a good level of customer service, through product knowledge and customer interaction.This is a remote position for UK.Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesUndertakes servicing of Hiab or third party equipment at our customer sitesComplete all service, repair, warranty and inspection jobs allocated daily, to a high quality standardBuild strong rapport and relationships with customers, through professional behavior and customer focused mindsetRespond to routine enquiries from customers about the technical aspects of the organization's products and servicesCompleting all job related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner to ensure correct invoicing to the customerTroubleshoot, investigate, and resolve standard technical problems that arise, ensure ongoing customer satisfactionDevelop skills and knowledge of the organization's products and serviceCarry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with instructions and in compliance with the company's safety rules / procedures and with regulations and codes of practiceSupport the company’s efforts to reduce accidents / incidents by reporting unsafe actions or conditions and participating in Safety Walks, Safety Audits and 5S events etc. as required.EducationWhat you’ll need to succeedMechanical/Electrical Engineering qualificationsWorking ExperienceExperienced multi-skilled engineerExperience in mechanical, hydraulic or electrical operationsCompetence And SkillsExcellent customer focused approachStrong problem solverQuality orientatedFlexibility and adaptabilitySelf-starter, enthusiasm and driveProven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.You will be part ofWe offer you a position in a global organization where you are challenged with interesting and diverse tasks.
