Field Service Engineer – Dartford Region


£30K - £35k + £2K Car Allowance


OTE £35K–£40K

We’re looking for someone with a mechanical background to join a small team (5 people) working on petrol and fleet systems. No formal qualifications are required – this is practical, hands-on work.


What you’ll do:

  • Service and repair mechanical and electronic fuel systems
  • Preventative maintenance and fault-finding
  • Work on customer sites, mostly forecourts
  • Commission new sites and carry out surveys
  • Door-to-door fieldwork using a company van
  • 8-hour shifts on a rota


Pay & Perks:

  • £29K guaranteed from day one, OTE £33–£35K
  • Time and a half for extra hours, double time for unsocial shifts
  • Company van – personal use allowed
  • Full training, including 3-day induction in Loanhead


What you’ll need:

  • Mechanical know-how (fuel systems, engines, etc.)
  • Basic electrical/electronic understanding
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Reliable, practical approach and a strong work ethic


This is hands-on work where no two days are the same, with clear pay and progression from the start.
