This is a full-time remote role for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for equipment. Other duties include responding to customer service requests, diagnosing issues, and ensuring prompt resolution to minimize downtime. The engineer will also document service activities and collaborate with the operations team to enhance service efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance
  • Proficient in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote working environments
  • Relevant technical certification or degree is a plus
  • Experience in the food service industry is beneficial
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
