Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain, fault-find, and commission fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms.
  • Deliver excellent customer service on-site.
  • Complete detailed documentation and reports in a timely manner.
  • Uphold high standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Respond flexibly to reasonable requests from management and support company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems and network/IP-based products.
  • Experience with multiple system types across intruder alarms, CCTV, and Access Control Systems.
  • FIA, IPAF, PASMA, ECS (training available if not held).

Benefits

Competitive salary based on experience plus workplace pension and 22 days holiday (rising to 25 after 5 years) plus Bank Holidays. This is a hybrid role.
