*Your Role:*

As a Fire and Security Engineer, you will: * *System Expertise:* Service and maintain Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems. * *Client Engagement:* Respond to client callouts with precision, ensuring customer satisfaction. * *Proactive Communication:* Liaise with clients to address concerns and escalate issues to management as needed. * *Accurate Administration:* Maintain detailed records and complete administrative tasks efficiently. * *Safety Compliance:* Adhere to company policies and Health & Safety legislation, ensuring a safe work environment.

*What We’re Looking For:* * *Experience:* At least 3 years in servicing Access Control, CCTV, Intruder, and Fire Alarm systems. * *Qualifications:* Thorough knowledge of Fire and Intruder Alarm standards. CSCS/ECS/IPAF certification and Gent Fire experience are desirable. * *Skills:* Excellent customer service, strong teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. * *Requirements:* A full, valid UK driving licence.

Pay: £36,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
