Recruitment Manager @ Windmill Recruitment Ltd

Fire and Security Service Engineer role with Windmill Recruitment Ltd. A successful candidate will have an experienced background installing Access, Intruder, CCTV & Fire on both residential and commercial properties. The area of work includes East Anglia, some Oxfordshire & Berkshire, and London. Location flexibility is possible.

Responsibilities

• Install and service Access Control, Intruder, CCTV and Fire systems for residential and commercial properties.
• Work across East Anglia, Oxfordshire & Berkshire, and London with flexible location where applicable.
• Be available for on-call work with an allowance of £200 per month (typically 1 week in 4).
• Support intruder-only sites with remote accessibility.
• Attend sites with on-site and remote troubleshooting as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Overtime for hours over 40 per week, with potential total earnings up to £60K per annum (salary x1.5).
• Night away payment: £25.00 per night when staying away.
• Door-to-door pay, inclusive of travel hours.
• Own vehicle (Van/Caddy) with option for private use.
• Training & Development courses, including IPAF, ECS and other development courses.
• 20–25 days of Holiday, rising by 1 day per year of service.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experienced background installing Access, Intruder, CCTV & Fire systems.
• Experience with both residential and commercial properties.
