We are seeking an experienced

Fire & Security Engineer

with strong knowledge of

CCTV, fire alarms, intruder alarms, and access control systems . This role is

100% commercial premises only

and all work will be carried out

within the town of Crawley . You will never be required to travel outside of Crawley unless attending a training course

making this a rare opportunity to work locally while developing your career. This is a

unique role

in that, whilst primarily focused on fire and security systems, you will also undertake some

general maintenance tasks

that you are comfortable with as part of the role, helping to support colleagues and keep our sites running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Install, service, and maintain

CCTV, fire, intruder, and access control systems

across commercial premises.

Commission and test new systems, ensuring compliance with current standards.

Diagnose and repair faults quickly and effectively.

Carry out occasional

general maintenance tasks , as agreed and within your skillset.

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Participate in the on-call rota (with additional payment).

Requirements: Proven experience working with

CCTV, fire alarms, intruder alarms, and access control .

Familiarity with leading manufacturers (e.g. Hikvision, Paxton, Texecom, Kentec, Apollo).

Full UK driving licence.

Strong technical and fault-finding skills.

Willingness to carry out light general maintenance tasks when needed.

Relevant qualifications/certifications (FIA, ECS/CSCS, IPAF, PASMA) desirable but not essential.
