Fire and Security Service Engineer , you will be responsible for the planned maintenance, reactive servicing, and fault-finding of
Fire Alarm Systems, Intruder Alarms, CCTV Systems, and Access Control Systems . You will ensure that all systems are fully compliant, operational, and maintained to the highest standards. Role Overview
The successful
Fire and Security Service Engineer
will work across a range of client sites in Liverpool, providing high-quality maintenance and customer service. This role would suit someone confident working independently, with strong technical and diagnostic skills. Key Responsibilities
Service, maintain, and repair
Fire Alarm ,
CCTV ,
Intruder , and
Access Control
systems
Carry out fault-finding and diagnostics across multiple system types and manufacturers
Complete accurate service reports and job documentation
Ensure all work meets current British Standards and health & safety requirements
Provide excellent communication and customer service on every visit
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Fire and Security Service Engineer
Strong knowledge of fire and security systems and major control panel brands
Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
Full UK driving licence
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
