Experienced international founding team seeking a founding engineer to take technical ownership of a revenue-ready AI career guidance platform for Indian high schools. We’re weeks from first sales and looking to solidify our team.

• Complete technical leadership as sole engineer (+ intern support)
• Product already outsourced and developed, ready to scale and iterate with first customers

Structure

• Part-time commitment for first 6 months (~20 hr/week)
• No salary initially (bootstrapped team – all co-founders unpaid)
• Path to full-time + salary as we hit revenue milestones and seek funding

What we require of you

• Ability to take ownership of the full tech stack, reviewing and enhancing the code
• Enthusiasm to work as part of the founding team for this product
• Willingness to contribute time on an equity-only basis for at least 6 months part-time
