SR2 are currently looking for a highly motivated Founding Engineer (Full Stack) for sustainability start-up in London.

This will be both a hands-on and managerial role. You will be leading by doing: writing high-quality code, setting technical direction, making architectural decisions, and shaping engineering practices. Initially, you will lead a small, cross-functional team, and will lead the expansion of this team through further hiring and development.

Location: London (remote first).

Salary: £95,000 - 100,000.

Ideal background:

// Expertise with React, TypeScript.

// Excellent knowledge of Python, Django and FastAPI.

// Knowledge of AWS in a commercial setting is required.

// Experience working at a start-up company or a strong preference for working in a growing, fast paced environment.
