Job Description

This organization is in search of a skilled Founding Full-Stack Engineer to play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining the technical backbone of their platform. This role offers a vibrant and ownership-focused environment, where responsibilities span from developing architecture to ensuring the reliability of mission-critical services in production. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with founders and initial customers to transform practical requirements into advanced, high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Holistic Full Stack Development – Lead the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive services and user-centric features, overseeing all aspects from requirement collection to ongoing production support.
• System Architecture Development – Build robust, event-driven systems aimed at ledgering, compliance, and risk management that efficiently scale with increasing transaction volumes while guaranteeing zero downtime.
• User-Centric Development – Work closely with customers to gather insights and iterate rapidly to guarantee the roadmap aligns with user expectations.
• Technical Strategy & Decision-Making – Evaluate the balance between swift execution and sustainable scalability, carefully selecting pertinent technologies such as Next.js/TypeScript, C#, Go, Python, and contemporary cloud architectures for varied challenges.

Requirements

• A strong background in full-stack software engineering, with expertise in programming languages and frameworks like JavaScript, C#, Go, and Python.
• Proven experience in designing scalable architectures, solid engineering principles, and efficient systems.
• Ability to effectively integrate customer feedback within product development processes.
• Proficient with cloud technologies and event-driven systems.
• Skilled in making technology selections that merge immediate speed with long-term growth potential.
