I'm working with a high-calibre, VC-backed startup that's building the infrastructure layer for intelligent human-AI collaboration, especially within regulated and high-complexity industries.

They’ve assembled a world-class founding team and are now looking for an exceptional Founding Engineer to help build their core platform.

✅ Ideal profile:

• 5+ years engineering experience (startup background preferred)
• Strong backend & full-stack skills (Python, Django, TypeScript, React)
• Hands on builder with high autonomy and bias to action
• Bonus: experience with LLMs, cloud infra, CI/CD, or academic/OSS projects
