Job Title: FPGA Lead Designer
Location: Hertfordshire (relocation package may be available, case by case.)
Working Pattern: Dynamic hybrid working - typically 4-5 days on-site per week, with some flexibility based on project demands.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience leading FPGA design teams on complex projects
Strong drive to foster collaboration and ensure successful project delivery
Expertise in developing complex FPGA architectures and implementations using VHDL, Simulink, and targeting Xilinx, Intel, or Microsemi devices
Proficiency in FPGA verification using VHDL and SystemVerilog/UVM testbench methodologies
Familiarity with FPGA toolsets and Mentor Graphics verification tools such as QuestaSim and ModelSim
Ability to write low-level software in C for FPGA testing and embedded system integration
Excellent skills in configuring and documenting designs to a professional standard
