Overview

We are looking for an IT engineer to add to our growing team. Work will mostly be remote, so it is important you have a suitable location to work. We provide IT services to a range of UK based companies, so only UK based applicants are considered.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to IT service delivery for UK-based clients, primarily remotely.
• Communicate with clients and build rapport, while keeping the team updated on progress and requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to push forward various tasks and projects at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Azure and Intune (ideally).
• Experience with various firewalls and a general rounded knowledge of networking.
• Good people skills and the ability to talk to clients confidently.
• Team player with the ability to keep the small team informed about completed work and next steps.
• UK-based applicants; remote work setup preferred.

Opportunity

Depending on the type of person found, this could lead to regular IT work, multiple days per week.
