Overview

This role is for Head of Data - Building Tech Teams Globally - AI and Data Enthusiast, at a VC-backed B2B SaaS company providing an AI layer to enable businesses to launch, manage and scale workflows by integrating people with AI. The team is heavily AI/ML focused and includes individuals with PhDs from top universities and experience from leading AI companies.

Responsibilities

• This role is an individual contributor (IC) position focused on building and architecting the entire platform that supports the AI layer.
• Build the entire infrastructure on which the agentic systems will run.
• Collaborate with a skilled ML-focused team to design scalable data and AI infrastructure.

Location & Availability

Based in central London with a requirement to be in-office 2 days per week.

Compensation

Pay circa £110,000 + significant equity.
