Are you a talented Full Stack Developer looking to work at the forefront of AI and software innovation? We’re partnering with a leading international law firm that’s building cutting-edge GenAI and LLM-powered solutions — and they’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to help shape the next generation of legal technology.

This is a unique opportunity to work within a forward-thinking tech team that’s reimagining how AI can transform client delivery, knowledge management, and operational excellence across a global firm.

What you’ll be doing

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining front-end and back-end components of complex web applications.
  • Collaborating with product owners, designers, and data teams to deliver user-friendly, high-performance tools.
  • Implementing cloud-based solutions and managing DevOps processes for seamless deployment.
  • Working in an agile team, contributing to sprints, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement.
  • Staying up to date with AI/ML and LLM trends to bring innovative ideas into production.
  • Ensuring code quality through testing, documentation, and peer review.

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years’ experience building enterprise-grade applications.
  • Strong backend skills in Python (FastAPI, Flask) with experience designing APIs and integrating databases (e.g. GraphDB, CosmosDB, SQL).
  • Experience developing scalable, cloud-based solutions — Azure preferred.
  • Understanding of modern development best practices, including agile delivery, CI/CD, and automated testing.
  • Passion for emerging tech and willingness to learn Generative AI and LLM technologies (e.g. OpenAI, Claude).
  • Experience working in or with legal tech, consulting, or data-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with UX design principles and the ability to prototype interfaces.
  • Experience managing deployments or infrastructure automation.
  • Salary up to £100,000 + 5% annual bonus.
  • Hybrid working – 3 days per week in London, Cambridge, or Bristol office.
  • Private medical insurance, pension contribution, and enhanced family leave.
