XRACEAI is building a next-generation sport-tech platform that fuses AI, racing telemetry, and immersive visualisation to transform how drivers learn, perform, and compete. This is a founding opportunity to co-create a product you can truly own and shape.

Role: Founding Full Stack Engineer — you will own the end-to-end engineering of XRACEAI, from data pipelines to AI integration, from cloud infrastructure to frontend experiences. You will work directly with the founder/CEO.

Equity: Equity-only until funding, with significant ownership and potential progression toward CTO/Co-Founder. This is a pre-funding, high-ownership role for someone who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up.

Location: Fully remote with flexible hours.

What We’re Looking For

• Full Stack Engineering Experience (5+ years, ideally startup or gaming/immersive/AI).
• Strong experience with real-time databases, data telemetry, and scalable backend systems.
• Frontend skills (React/Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind).
• Comfort with 3D/real-time visualization frameworks (WebGL, Three.js).
• Familiarity with AI/ML integrations (OpenAI, Gemini, RAG pipelines, MCPs, AI scalability).
• Experience with cloud/infra (Supabase, AWS, GCP, Vercel).
• Ability to ship fast, learn, and iterate in a scrappy environment.
• Passion for motorsport, sim racing, or gaming.

What You’ll Do

• Product Development: Architect and build the XRACEAI platform (frontend, backend, infra).
• Integrate real-time telemetry pipelines (UDP/data, Supabase/Postgres).
• Develop AI/ML integrations for lap analysis and coaching insights.
• Build web apps (React/Next.js, PlayCanvas/Unity for 3D visualization).
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Set up scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Vercel/Supabase).
• Ensure low-latency data capture (<100ms from console/PC to cloud).
• Manage APIs, database schema, RLS policies, and real-time updates.
• Engineering Leadership: Define technical roadmap and milestones; establish coding standards, testing, and CI/CD pipelines; hire and mentor engineers; collaborate with design, product, and racing experts; translate vision into scalable strategy; contribute to fundraising when needed.

This is an equity-based role in a validated market with user feedback.
