In this role, you will contribute to building outstanding customer experiences by developing and optimizing full-stack features across both backend and frontend. Accountabilities

As a Fullstack Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, building, and improving full-stack features using PHP (backend) and React (frontend).
• Delivering rapid, high-quality fixes for urgent issues affecting customer experience.
• Leading initiatives such as platform localization, design system migrations, and enhanced notification systems.
• Collaborating with Product, Support, and cross-functional teams to resolve friction points and optimize workflows.
• Automating processes to reduce support load and empower users.
• Participating in technical discussions, contributing ideas, and helping raise engineering standards.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and a proactive mindset, including:

• 3–5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and React, with confidence working across frontend, backend, and integrations.
• Proven ability to debug complex issues and deliver pragmatic, customer-focused solutions.
• Adaptability, curiosity, and a bias toward action in fast-paced, evolving contexts.
• Excellent communication skills with English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
