Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack features using PHP and React to enhance customer‑facing experiences
• Deliver rapid, high‑quality fixes for urgent platform issues
• Lead initiatives including platform localization, design system migration, and customizable notifications
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Support, and other teams to identify and resolve friction points
• Automate workflows to empower users and reduce support workload
• Contribute to technical discussions and advocate for engineering best practices across the team

Requirements

• 3‑5+ years of experience in full‑stack software engineering, ideally within SaaS or scale‑up environments
• Strong proficiency in PHP and React, with experience across frontend, backend, and integrations
• Proven ability to debug complex issues and implement pragmatic, customer‑focused solutions
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a bias toward action in fast‑paced and varied contexts
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in English (C1 or above)
• Comfortable taking ownership of projects end‑to‑end and driving solutions across multiple domains
