I'm currently recruiting for a Permanent Gas Combustion Engineer (non-domestic) to work across the Edinburgh and Borders area on a schools contract. This is a site-based role, covering approximately 20 sites, and working alongside a team of experienced engineers.\n\nKey Details:\n\nLocation: Edinburgh/Borders\nHours: 37.5 hours per week\nContract: Permanent\nSalary: £41,800 per annum\nVehicle: Company van provided (full UK driving licence required)Role Overview:\n You will be responsible for maintaining heating systems across multiple educational facilities, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. The position will involve both routine and non-routine maintenance, fault finding, and working with a variety of plant equipment including gas appliances, boilers, heating plant, pumps, and ventilation systems.
