We are working with a maintenance property services company to recruit an experienced Gas Engineer to cover the Cardiff area. You will provide a servicing, repair and breakdown service in social housing properties. This role is offered as a permanent position with company van and fuel card.

You will need to hold your domestic gas qualifications and be gas safe registered

Duties of the Gas Engineer role:

Complete annual gas servicing & minor heating repairs working to safety regulations and specifications

Out of hours callouts

Report and complete works on PDA

Report any accidents and potential hazards

Requirements:

Full UK driving license

Domestic Gas Engineer qualifications/ Gas Safe Card

Cookers, Fires is essential

Previous experience in a similar role within domestic properties

ACS Qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
