A leading company in the Facilities Management sector is looking for a Gas Engineer in West Midlands to help maintain and enhance its services.
The Role
As the Gas Engineer, you’ll:
* Perform day-to-day repairs and maintenance on properties, including void properties.
* Diagnose faults and communicate additional work requirements to your Supervisor.
* Take ownership of your work, aiming for a 'First Time Fix' on all jobs.
* Adhere to company Health and Safety guidelines and stay up to date with technical requirements.
You
To be successful in the role of Gas Engineer, you’ll bring:
* GAS Safe Registration and current gas accreditations (CCN1, CEN1).
* A full UK driving licence.
* Experience in boiler installation and maintenance.
* A proactive and organised approach to your work.
Desirable Criteria
* HTR1, CKR1, MET1, WAT1 current gas accreditations
* CSCS HAPS Test Certificate + CSCS Skills card
* C&G Craft/Advanced Craft Certificate in Heating Engineering and/or plumbing or NVQ certificate
