Job Description

We are seeking qualified Gas Engineers to service, diagnose, and repair domestic and/or commercial gas appliances and heating systems in various settings. Roles include mobile work across defined regions, with opportunities in residential properties and commercial environments such as pubs, restaurants, hotels, care homes, and retail premises. Typical duties include fault finding, servicing, installation, maintenance, and repairs to gas heating systems, boilers, and gas appliances, with related compliance responsibilities.

Locations: Kent, Maidstone, Harrogate, Reigate, Grimsby, Wellington, Maidenhead, Shrewsbury, Buckingham, and surrounding areas (various postcodes referenced in listings).

Responsibilities (examples across postings)

  • Carry out installation, servicing, fault finding, and repair of domestic and/or commercial gas heating systems and appliances.
  • Work on mobile basis, covering designated geographic areas and travel between sites.
  • Ensure compliance with gas safety regulations and complete required documentation.
  • Collaborate with clients and maintain high service standards in high-end properties or commercial environments.
  • Assist in planning and managing workload; take on a defined number of jobs per day where applicable.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Gas Safe registered (domestic and/or commercial qualifications).
  • Experience with boiler diagnostics, servicing, installation, maintenance & repairs across major brands.
  • Full UK driving licence; own van and tools often preferred.
  • Experience with power-flushing heating systems; vented/unvented cylinders is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage workload, and operate in various environments (central London, high-end properties, hospitality, education, etc.).
