We are currently seeking a skilled Gas Engineer/ plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing gas and plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.

Overview:

* Duties: * Turn up for customers on time and in with a professional appearance and attitude * Be flexible with work commitments * Be customer-friendly and helpful * Knowledge of upselling jobs while at the original call out * Able to comply with company policy and requirements * Able to order the correct materials * Good knowledge of plumbing and heating systems * Good quality hand tools and power tools to carry out plumbing and heating works * Reactive plumbing background or knowledge * Able to work on call once a month and overtime most days * Use hand tools to weld and assemble gas pipes * Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair gas systems * Plumb gas lines in compliance with safety regulations * Utilise carpentry skills for gas system installations * Perform basic maths calculations for measurements and pipe fittings * Operate power tools for efficient work processes * Drive commercially to various job sites * Engage in heavy lifting as required * Be able to participate in Call-out Rota

Qualifications:

* Gas safe qualifications * Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and fix issues * Competent in basic maths for measurements and fittings * Experience with power tools for efficient work practices * Driving license required * Capable of Moderate lifting tasks
