Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in gas and oil boiler servicing, breakdowns, and repairs Installation experience (preferred but not essential) General plumbing skills (preferred but not essential) Valid Gas Safe registration Full UK driving licence Relevant industry qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Able to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

Service, repair and maintain gas and oil heating systems in line with current safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs, ensuring systems are left in good working order Undertake general plumbing and basic multi-trade tasks Identify risks and implement appropriate safety plans and risk assessments Use modern technology (tablet/smartphone) to complete job records and communicate updates Liaise with internal teams and customers to provide excellent service Maintain a clean and professional appearance, including van and uniform Participate in the out-of-hours rota as required
