You'll work with our established infrastructure and tooling to implement AI solutions both for our customer-facing products and internal operations.What will you do?Collaborate with internal teams to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunitiesTranslate business requirements into technical specificationsBuild and deploy AI-enabled workflows and integrationsWork closely with our AI team to implement effective solutionsCreate and maintain documentation for processes and technical specificationsTest and troubleshoot deployed solutionsContribute to continuous improvement of our AI implementation practicesThe Ideal CandidateWe're looking for graduates with a blend of technical aptitude and business acumen. While deep AI expertise isn't required, you should have:Basic understanding of workflow automationFoundational knowledge of Python programmingInterest in learning JavaScriptStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiencesKeen attention to detailNatural curiosity and eagerness to learnAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamBonus Points ForExperience with any workflow automation toolsFamiliarity with APIs and third-party integrationsKnowledge of JIRA or similar project management toolsInterest in conversation designBasic understanding of AI/ML conceptsDon't worry if you don't tick every box - we value potential and enthusiasm as much as existing skills.
