Graduate Civil Engineer – 2026 Development Programme – Peterborough

What you'll do:
Contribute to the design and construction of water treatment works, pipelines, pumping stations, and flood defences.Undertake site visits, inspections, and surveys to support project development.Prepare drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports under the guidance of senior engineers.Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineer.Support project management and stakeholder engagement across various stages of delivery.Ensure all work aligns with health, safety, and environmental standards.What you'll bring to the role:
Final-year student or recent graduate with an ICE-accredited degree in Civil Engineering (or relevant discipline).A passion for sustainable infrastructure and interest in the water sector.Strong interest in innovation, sustainability, and positive societal impact, demonstrated through collaborative teamwork and proactive problem-solving.Enthusiastic learner dedicated to personal and professional development, with a willingness to work towards professional qualifications or chartered status.This role requires visits to sites across the UK. As such, we would expect you to have a driving licence or work towards obtaining one within your first year of working with us.What we offer:
