The Role...

At Clancy, we’re proud to support South West Water in delivering essential infrastructure across the region. As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you’ll use data, digital tools, and hands-on insight to help drive smarter, safer ways of working. It’s a varied role where you’ll grow your skills, get out on site, and make a real impact from day one.

Here are some of the activities you’ll be involved in...

• Analysing data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
• Building dashboards and reports to support day-to-day decisions
• Supporting teams with tools like Depotnet, GIS, and GPS systems
• Managing drone flights and photogrammetry across operational sites
• Getting out on site to gather imagery, capture data, and gain insight
• Helping to embed digital tools and best practice across the business
• You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, working closely with colleagues across engineering, delivery, and digital.

We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate...

You’re proactive, analytical, and solutions-focused, with a natural curiosity and a desire to learn. You’re confident with data, know your way around tools like Excel and Power BI, and you can explain your findings clearly to different audiences.

You’ll also need...

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
A full UK driving licence (as site visits are part of the role)
Ideally, a background or interest in utilities or infrastructure
