: You will provide first-line IT support to colleagues across Protector Insurances Manchester and London offices, while also contributing to wider IT projects across Europe. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering first-line technical support and resolving IT issues efficiently and professionally. Supporting colleagues with laptops, smartphones, and Microsoft software. Collaborating with a 70+ person IT team across multiple countries. Gaining exposure to international IT operations and knowledge-sharing projects. Occasional travel to Protector Insurance offices across the UK and Europe. Candidate Requirements
: Protector Insurance is looking for a proactive and curious graduate who enjoys solving problems and learning new technologies. The ideal candidate will have: A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of helping others.
