OverviewAs a Graduate Platform Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the development, deployment, and maintenance of automated infrastructure and platform services that underpin reliable, scalable, and efficient software delivery. Working within the Platform Engineering team, you''ll contribute to the adoption of infrastructure-as-code (IaC), enhance CI/CD pipelines, and help streamline operations through automation. This role offers hands-on experience with modern DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and scripting—giving you the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers, tackle real-world problems, and help build robust, self-service platforms for internal teams.ResponsibilitiesDesigning, developing, and maintaining automation scripts and playbooks using AnsibleSupporting and troubleshooting complex Microsoft-based infrastructure environmentsContributing to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using tools like Terraform and AnsibleCollaborating with senior engineers to implement automation solutions that enhance reliability and efficiencyAssisting internal teams with platform services, tooling support, and incident resolutionDocumenting processes, configurations, and automation workflows clearly and accuratelyParticipating in security-related projects and ensuring compliance with internal and external standardsEducation & Experience RequirementsA recent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related disciplineStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to understand how systems operateA passion for exploring and learning about complex IT systems and infrastructureFamiliarity with Microsoft Windows Server environmentsA basic understanding of scripting or programming (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash)Exposure to containerization or virtualization technologiesExcellent communication and team collaboration skillsA proactive, curious mindset and a willingness to learn and grow
