Cure Talent are excited to partner with a leading organisation in the medical device industry in their search for a Graduate Production Engineer to join their growing team.As the new Junior Production Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring production equipment is validated, maintained, and operating effectively. You will influence production processes, implement improvements, and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant. This is a hands on role where you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Compliance, and Warehouse teams to deliver high-quality products to specification.ResponsibilitiesValidate equipment and processes, including preparing protocols, testing, and reportingInvestigate and resolve production issues affecting product quality in collaboration with the Engineering teamImplement process improvements, including automation, to optimise efficiency and qualityCreate, update, and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and risk analyses in line with QMS requirementsMonitor equipment faults and process capability, using data analysis to suggest and implement improvementsKey RequirementsExperience/Placement in a Production Engineering role ideally, regulated environment.
