Job Description

This position emphasizes nurturing and expanding relationships with current clients rather than conventional marketing tactics. We are in search of a Growth Engineer or Product Engineer who can effectively engage with stakeholders, translate technical complexities clearly, and accurately capture user needs. A strong technical acumen, coupled with an ability to work independently and resolve challenges, is essential. Candidates with previous startup founding experience or a background in growth/product roles will be particularly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• This role will directly partner with the co-founders to acquire thorough technical knowledge of the application, while also providing valuable support to both technical and non-technical users in maximizing the platform\'s features.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise with AI models and platforms.

• Outstanding proficiency in Typescript, with the flexibility to adapt to various internal programming languages and frameworks.

• Prior experience as a startup founder is a plus.

• Understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technologies, or decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts is a beneficial addition.

Benefits

• Competitive compensation package up to $200k in base salary, with additional bonuses and equity ranging from 0.25% to 2%.
