You’ll work across the full hardware lifecycle—from concept and schematic design to prototyping, validation, and production support. This role suits someone who thrives on precision, creativity, and solving complex engineering challenges.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop PCBs, embedded systems, and digital/analog circuitsCreate and maintain schematics, layouts, and BOMs using CAD tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad, Eagle)Collaborate with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to integrate hardware into final productsConduct testing, debugging, and validation of prototypes and production unitsEvaluate component selection, signal integrity, and power managementSupport compliance testing and certification (e.g., CE, FCC, RoHS)Document designs, test procedures, and engineering reportsStay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
RequirementsDegree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fieldExperience in hardware design and development (2–5 years preferred)Proficiency in schematic capture, PCB layout, and simulation toolsStrong understanding of microcontrollers, sensors, and communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART)Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multi-meters, logic analysers)Knowledge of EMC, thermal design, and manufacturability considerationsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and teamwork abilities
