Our client, a leading AI company with a core product built in Haskell, is looking for a team of experienced Haskell engineers to join their team. They are expanding their technical capabilities and need dedicated talent to work on their core product and the surrounding systems built in Python and TypeScript. This is a long-term contract opportunity for skilled professionals who are interested in a true partnership. The client is specifically seeking a team of three: a senior engineer, an intermediate engineer, and a more junior team member. This is a fantastic chance to make a significant impact on a cutting-edge product and become an integral part of their existing 24-person tech team, which currently includes four Haskell specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate as part of a three-person team (senior, intermediate, and junior) to contribute to the core product and related systems.
  • Utilize Haskell in production environments, with additional contribution in Python or TypeScript.
  • Engage in end-to-end development, including work in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Ensure delivery against contract terms (Time & Materials) on a long-term basis.

Qualifications

  • Experienced Haskell professionals with several years of production experience (non-academic).
  • Polyglot skills with production experience in Python or TypeScript in addition to Haskell.
  • Cloud experience and comfort with end-to-end development in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Based in the UK or an EU country to comply with client requirements.
