Helpdesk Engineer

Freestyle TS, based in Hook (Hampshire) provides IT Support and Cloud Services to small and medium sized businesses. We are currently recruiting for our Helpdesk where you will be a dedicated resource providing technical support to one of our larger customers.
You will be taking calls from the customers when they have issues and logging/managing those issues using our cloud-based ticketing and monitoring system. You will be expected to be able to deal with the majority of calls, working in the customers bespoke portals, building and sustain a relationship with the customer, and making sure you follow our procedures correctly. The role is office based (Hook), but you will be expected to cover the customers other office when needed (Reading).
You will need to have a professional telephone manner, excellent communication skills and work well under pressure. Above all else a real desire to provide excellent customer service is essential.
The successful candidate will have at least one year’s experience in an IT Helpdesk/Support role. We will be providing full training and support and offer the opportunity to progress in a successful, growing company with an ever-increasing focus on Cloud services and Support.

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
