*Overview* We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, demonstrating proficiency in equipment repair and maintenance. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to read and interpret schematics effectively. As an HVAC Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients by providing high-quality service and support.

*Responsibilities*

* Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and heating systems. * Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. * Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, diagnosing problems accurately and efficiently. * Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and components. * Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols. * Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. * Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.

*Experience*

* Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role is essential. * Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance. * Familiarity with air conditioning systems and their components is required. * Leadership skills are advantageous for guiding junior technicians or apprentices. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
