About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer to join our established maintenance team. This role will focus on both reactive and planned maintenance across a wide variety of commercial and residential properties, including offices, schools, care homes, student accommodation, and healthcare facilities.
As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for fault finding, repairs, and servicing of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The role also supports our projects team, carrying out maintenance during defect periods to ensure continued client satisfaction.
Package
* Salary circa £40,000
* Company vehicle (business use)
* PPE and corporate clothing provided
* Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm (1-hour lunch)

Key Responsibilities
* Work as an HVAC Engineer on reactive and planned maintenance tasks across heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems.
* Diagnose and repair faults on systems such as boilers, heating controls, showers, and pipework.
* Carry out servicing and compliance checks on HVAC equipment and associated systems.
* Communicate effectively with the office team to report material requirements and provide updates for clients.
* Support defect-period works following project completion.
* Deliver high-quality workmanship, maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Experience & Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC, plumbing, or heating and ventilation (installation or maintenance).
* NVQ qualification in Plumbing or Heating & Ventilation.
* Gas Safe qualification (domestic minimum).
* Valid trade CSCS skills card.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently, with a proactive and positive approach
