Technical Support Engineer - HVACR (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration)
Location: Chessington, UK
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 basic
We\'re looking for a Technical Support Engineer with a passion for HVACR to join a forward-thinking team. This office-based role will see you supporting both customers and engineers on-site, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping the sales team deliver the best solutions to clients.
This is a great opportunity for someone with technical knowledge in HVACR or thermodynamics, who is organised, customer-focused, and ready to take ownership of their work.
What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues across HVACR products
- Responding to customer technical enquiries and providing guidance
- Supporting the sales team in identifying the best solutions for clients
- Maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams
- Managing technical support processes and ensuring KPIs are met
- Acting as a liaison between the UK market and headquarters
- Using CRM and case management tools to track and resolve issues
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Technical understanding or experience in HVACR applications or thermodynamics
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred:
- Experience in a small team or office environment
What\'s on Offer
- 35,000 - 40,000 basic salary
- Full-time, permanent role (Mon-Fri, 08:30-17:00) with flexi-time and time off in lieu options
