Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have had previous experience working with hydraulic equipment - including troubleshooting, fault finding, and commissioning work.

This role requires knowledge of hydraulic powered equipment including pumps, valves, motors, pipework systems and manifolds, and the ability to read and interpret hydraulic circuits.

A full UK driving licence is required for this job role, as the candidate may be required to travel to customer sites as needed.

Duties Diagnose, service, and repair hydraulic systems, pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, and related equipment. Install hydraulic components and systems according to technical drawings and specifications. Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues in the workshop and field settings. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs and modifications made to equipment. Travel to customer sites as needed, liaising with and interpreting customer requirements to troubleshoot and service hydraulic equipment.

Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in hydraulic engineering or related fields. Ability to read and interpret schematics for hydraulic systems. Experience with equipment repair and maintenance practices. Willingness to perform heavy lifting as necessary for the role. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment. Full UK driving licence

Useful Skills & Qualifications Qualifications from a recognized industry body (CETOP / BFPA) would be advantageous Experience or skills in fabrication would be advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £17.00-£19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38.5 per week
