Our client is the most exciting and valuable fintech in the world. Due to massive growth they are seeking Technical On-boarding specialists to work closely with their merchants to integrate their cloud-based payments platform.

If you are a dynamic & motivated Implementation Specialist this is the role for you !
You will be responsible for providing merchants and business partners with a world class technical support during the implementation process.
You will play a critical role in maintaining the trust of customers, ensuring that any technical queries that arise during the implementation process are answered and escalated when required. Working directly with customers’ technical teams to resolve issues, you will also collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders across Technology and Business.
You must be customer-driven and tech-savvy, with solid problem solving abilities and eager to join a dynamic, agile and fast growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second line support to merchants during their implementation
- Answer all merchants’ integration related questions, including but not limited to configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, and go live support
- Manage incidents related to the integration (investigation, troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, reporting, time tracking and analysis of incidents)
- Advise Management on support issues which impact customer satisfaction and provide recommendations for appropriate actions
- Ability to multitask with multiple projects and integrations of key customers
- Maintain/update existing libraries/plugins used in integrations
About You
- 3+ years Technical Support experience in a Tech/FinTech company
- Strong coding skills (JavaScript, Ideally Golang, Java, PHP, C# or other)
- Familiarity of Android and iOS is a plus
- Ability to work in a customer-focused and target driven environment
- Very well-versed in payments; should understand the technicalities inside and out
- Highly familiar with API based integration methods
- Commercially-minded
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal including communication with C-level executives
- Highly organized and able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively
- Fluency in English
