What You Will Do As a Field-Based Doors Engineer, youll service, install, and repair door systems across the UK. Youll work in diverse environmentsschools, retail spaces, warehouses, manufacturing sites, and residential buildingsensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality outcomes. Youll contribute to our Zero Harm culture and support team performance through technical excellence and excellent customer service.
How You Will Do It Service, install, repair, and fault-find on a range of door systems Apply risk assessments and method statements to ensure safe working practices Use electrical knowledge to support diagnostics and repairs Complete service reports and handover documentation accurately Collaborate with planning and operations to manage workload and priorities Deliver a first-class customer experience through problem-solving and clear communication Participate in the Out-of-Hours (OOH) call-out rota as required

What Were Looking For Essential: Proven experience servicing, repairing, and installing door systems Strong communication and relationship skills Reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel and stay overnight Familiarity with safe systems of work and PPE usage
Preferred: Intermediate to advanced fault-finding and commissioning skills Health & Safety certifications (IPAF, PASMA, competency card) Electrical qualification Ability to read technical drawings and manage complex installations Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PDF) for reports #LI-JB3 #LI-Onsite
